travelled all the way to boon lay! & its like frigging far, i took one hr to even travel to boon lay mrt station. & the return journey was no better!

teeheehee. i still have tons of unfinished homework, and i'm not keen to start either. hohoho.

we went to parliament ytd. & i was so fervently praying and hoping there wld be a real seating so i cld see all the big shots but there wasn't! its so unfair la. & like shunjie's batch got to see the real seating! ):

& aft the trip ended i went over to tiffany's for a slpovr to complete the present for sir junyang & mdm yanqi! (: teehee randall's very cute but he's so naughty luh. HAHA. we like started doing the present at arnd 8 and only completed at 10! breaking the ice cream sticks was super painful! but at the end of the day we felt tht it was worth it & we wld be really touched ourselves if we got such a present.. :D

finished preparing for our uniform & today's activity, we slept. or at elast we tried to, aft i watched da chang jin. i suggested we took a picture of us slping & in the end we took pictures of us pretending to be malays & dementors! & we also recorded our snoring. HAHA. <3.

training today was more of an understudy for us. & itwas fantastic! the smc std 3s were quite high but i didn't utd why the std2s didn't seem to like it. they're missing out on all these chances to spend time w their instructors, and yet they don't really treasure it? ):

shared our experience with other SMC people, lets hope our entire sqd can make a difference in people's lives together. i think we can do it! ^^

i went back to sch today after skipping one ytd! :D it was raining super heavily in the morning & we had to wait for a very very long time in cheryl's car before we cld like run into the canteen shelter.

math test was like FIRST PERIOD okay! ot was so maddening cos there wasn't enough time! GRRR.

2.4 run was a killer. qian jun was the first girl, then after her was shermaine, then tiffany & me & leeyan. i was sort of scared in the beginning become i have very severe muscle aches (esp the thighs!) but during the run i didnt really feel anything at all. gee. my overall position was 28. not bad lah.

& on the way back frm sch me shermanine & tiffany& leeyan & wenyi started singing songs & changing the lyrics to suit our mood! heehee. i think we sounded & looked crazy. but nevertheless we had a fun time & thts the main point!

ah my gawd i am SO bogged down by work! i have to search on 24 types of illnesses & problems for home nursing and send it to my teammates yada yada.

tdy's sports day for st john, & the sun as so scorching hot! my face's so red its like i overdid on blusher or something. i think aegis did quite well despite all the low morale & everything. its like so sian cos i was actually high during the games so no one cheered with me so i gave up in the end.

but when it comes to captain ball, i dont know why but i keep cheering & screaming & jumping when aegis scores. i can't just sit at the sidelines and watch silently, x). some silly tripped me during our game with hera & not only did i get a sprained ankle, i got a bleeding toe la!

aegis got 5th in overall, i think not bad already! everyone put in the best we cld during evry single game. & tralala we proceded to HQ aft sports day for AFA.

first ocmp train today since a mth. & its our first with sir junxiang but i really felt kind of uncomfortable arnd him cos its the first time he's training us luh. & i definetely can't be a no 1 because i CANT be a leader. and i like seem to have forgotten about all the first aid.

& ohmygodthanksheavens it RAINED! so all of us ran into shelter, & we started talking 'bout sqd project & and yahui THE CHAIR conducted the sort-of meeting! :D & we started replying "yes chair, yes chair!" & there was a few times i was so gung-ho & shouted "YES CHAIR!" very loudly my myself, & nah it didn't feel nice. teehee.

MOOO geog assignment's due in three days (ahh!) & i basically haven't started. last minute work is not not not good i tell you. & anyway, like us knowing about the industrial growth of india & china helps us in any way? crap.

tdy i went to tm alone at anrd 6plus & it was super empty! none of those usual neighbourhood-sch-ah-lians-with-their-boyfriends hanging arnd & 'twas the first time i sort of stepped into minibits knowin' for sure i had enough money to buy sth there cos the things there are so expensive! grr. century square was lacking of the usual shoppers also. wonder why?

ytd was sports day. met cheryl, tiffany & shunjie at tm macs in the morning & it was already quite crowded with dhs people. & then we bought junk frm NTUC & started heading for lakeside already. we were early!

& so we headed for the 'lake' beside the mrt station. no wonder its called 'lakeside' mrt station huh? we saw this stork-like animal there & stupid cheryl keeps calling it a duck. snap snap snap pictures! ♥ ♥ ♥

& the stupidest thing i did was when i turned out & tried to step out of the grass, i stepped on the HUGE pack of junk food & our big big packet of lays popped open. PHEW only close friends witnessed it & no one else did, there wasn't even a soul arnd the lake okay. haha.

during the sports meet, it wasn't exactly exciting because things got a bit sian aft a while & we just kept cam-whoring with adelyn's stuffed taz all the ppl arnd us. & i kept eating and eating. :x

& when the whoel sports meet ended we started playing with a tube & passing it arnd with our mouths. i'm super lousy, i can only give ppl the tube but i can't seem to receive it. ): haha & we started passing it with our mouths down the line & it was super funny.

so we headed for jurong point at boon lay & ate at the foodcourt there. it was super packed with people frm like 4 schs & like 10 of us spqeezed at one small lil table & ate there okay! it was quite a feat & tiffny and qingyi became crazy over manching's arm muscles!

today's the speech day rehearsal. spent ike 3 & a half hrs standing in the sun. and god it was seriously freaky when sgt suyee sort of just fainted almost right in front of me? i do hope she's okay!

i do think the NP people are strong! like they kept holding their rifles with one finger or something like that & i was already dead just trying to stand there & they actually did all those, i guess to the best of their effort. i heard they trained a lot fer the entire drill so yeah, good for them.

got back the first part of our LA papers, & i was actually sort of suprised i passed. i totally DID NOT study for it okay? haha. but i passed only by 2 marks so um, i still need to improve.

i am sooo glad i am actually trying to something for my studies for once. i'm shifting my entire chem notebk! now THAT is an accomplishment. like 3 months of chem notes okay.

what's wrong with people nowadays? they seem so emo & downcast, evryone better cheer up! :D you knw, it takes a lot more muscles to frown than to smile. so smile people, its gd fer you.
today morning we headed for HQ for SNCO briefing. ar no more talk abt it cos i dread it! ):

then aft tht we hurried back to sch & got ready for the banner painting competition. the situation was rather bad for aegis but i'm glad we pulled ourselves tgt and at least managed to do something. ours was quite ugly compared to the rest but i think our effort was pretty commendable!

& then we headed for lunch at macs since kfc was a little packed. the crowd over at kfc's was just insanely big! the hilarious part 'bout lunch was when each of us started collecting our own 'set' of fries, me collecting the healthy ones, shunjie the soft & soggy ones, tiffany the crispy ones, and qingyi collects the rest!

balling was fun fun! haha. & on the bus we started cam-whoring like anything (me, tiffany & shunjie) & now we got all those crazed pictures of us on each of our phones. HAHA.

words can't exactly describe how i feel about smc 2, our sqd or whatever, but i'd hold onto the belief that all of us wld always be there for each other, right? whether is it we're feeling sad, happy, disappointed. people who don't know us well enough wld just think we're just a silly bunch of people who eat recess together, but it goes far beyond that, & i don't really care if there's people in our sqd who think otherwise, because they're the ones losing out.

i KNOW there's people whos losing the passion for st john, but who doesn't get sick of something once it's for too long? no matter, cos we'd get it back together. we'll try, & i do believe we will. but if everyone thinks we can't make it, we'd never. so believe in ourselves, before we lose ALL of the passion.

when i went back to my old hse area to collect my new SPECS (:D), i acutally forgot to buy buffered saline. LIKE WHAT THE HELL i'm so forgetful. i LOVE my new specs, they're rocking & black! haha.

OHOH & i went inside this shop selling all those converse shoes, bags, belts & evrything and i saw this grey & blue tote i LOVE. its only 30 bucks! (: i love sports totes, i love sports totes. CHANT AFTER ME! :D

oh today we helped this girl frm 1C cos she was having a sprain & abrasion on her right leg and thus we were late for geography! geez shunjie was worse cos he was late for tan jenfee's & anyone in tan jenfee's class knows tht being late for her lessons in NEVER a thing you sld try.

geog lesson was superrr great today because we played the role-play game, and yuhong, hongyi, me, tiffany, joel & rodion was one of the sweatshops. and ms tan tried to create the sweatshop 'feel' by closing the window and doors & switching off the fans so it was super super humid okay?

i tell you our team so rocks! yuhong's such a good good actor i tell you. we got like 20 000 bucks fer nothing! haha. and then we ended with a profit of 15000! we got addidas brand shoes but our shoe price drop like shiat luh. HEEHEE we rock! rodion stole 2000 bucks frm xingdong's grp rigth at the start, they never realised till we told them & they searched frantically all arnd! HAHA.

just back back to my old hse area there, and only did i find how much i missed tht place. all my friends are there, those mates i go to the market with evry weekend, my kindergarten, my usual bookshop, optician, yada yada. but at least i go back once in a while now, so tht's better than nth.

got my eyes checked, my right eye increased by 50 degrees, got new specs made, i got black ones. i want to try dark brown contacts but sometimes they just freak me out! haha. shall be collecting my new specs thursday.

i just think of how leeyan reacts when i put contacts or take out contacts in class beside her, and she'd just go 'eee'. its not disgusting okay. haha. at first it thought it was too and then i realised its actually feels normal. but taking out the contacts is like super shuang cos you get to sort of 'pinch' yr eyes. HAHA.



sigh sigh in the end my team cldn't make it to east coast, but nevermind (: cos on sports day we're going to go ice skating at jurong to celebrate adelyn's bitrthday as well! :D i'm excited yet scared cos i haven't gone ice-skating before. ): i betcha i'd fall like shiat okay.


anyway the june trip is fucking cancelled (ARGH!), spoilt my wish okay. i wna shop like shit in thai but now i can't! and the ALC is super sian. shall pester my mommy to go malaysia so at least i get to shoppe, and things there are wickedly cheap! i shall save save and change it into RM (and its twice the amt WOOHOO) and i can shop my pockets out!
changed my skin! haha i did it again. but actually i just changed the picture. and i spent so much time changing the backgrd colour but i did it to suit the emo feel. :D

had public duty earlier in the afternoon! was some prize ceremony and this BIGBIG minister for MOE was there okay! haha. tiffany recognised him first as some minister tht always appeared on TV.

but i felt we did nothing really constructive! we basically just shifted the tables in the canteen, ushered people and eat free buffet. the buffet was super shuang, and it was so funny cos sir junxiang came to tell us " you're under instructions by mr hia to eat more so tht you all wld have more energy to shift the tables later". :D i love mr hia.

and then after PD ended i hopped over to tiffany's! and on the way to eastpoint i saw neemeng, my god, i haven't seen him in yrs (literally). he still looks the same! and we rented BEAUTY SHOP, and randall is still super super cute. haha.

so many of us has lost their enthusiasm in st john, then when would we ever be a true squad? when would we really learn to bond, whatever shit, and not have so called superficial bonds? i really don't think the friendship between some of us is superficial. yes, for some it is, but for some it isn't.

not being able to give it our best, not able to cheer loudly or whatever, does it mean we've failed as a sqd? i hate it when seniors asked me if we did our best. its like, BEST has no clear definition. when we gave it whatever we got, does it mean we put in our best? its so vague.

we need to put all the pieces back together again, no matter how much of the pieces had scattered. we must complete the puzzle, all before 5th may.

how am i supposed to tell you, when it seems as if you just avoid me?
had routine training ytd. it was really routine man. footdrill sucked. i hate it when we have to do the same drill over and over again and we just can't seem to prefect the drill.

learnt how to fill in some stupid forms and we even got a peptalk frm sir chee hoe. we dont rlly need this do we? i don't even really want to be instructors.

luckily for PT our morale was pretty high and we sort of just ran arnd the same places in sch, and there was once we ran into the hall (?!) where the CS people were packing up and we just sort of barged in and ran one round arnd the hall. haha. and the left right footsteps thing we did on the netball court was so totally idiotic. lol.

there's PD again today. super sian. wht prize giving ceremony. SUCKS.
