in a good mood recently. :D realized a lot of things i haven't really managed to see till now.

went to teoheng w squad girls on friday. <33 haha me and adelyn actually attempted singing huo guang which is super super super freaking high hahahahaha i never even thought of singing it until adelyn suggested. but amazingly this is the first time i went for 3 hours slot of teoheng & didn't lose my voice one haha. but now i have a bad sorethroat probably cause i haven't been drinking enough. DAMNNNN i hate sorethroats.

went parkway kfc to have dinner and huiwen and yujia was working there haha we queued in yujia's line and besides having 25% staff discount we also got a lot of free food crazy yujia just kept stocking us up. haha. we had extra drinks popcorn chicken one full tub of cheese and blahblah. (: hahahha next time can go again.

started talking about chalet stuff and laugh like siao. haha. we got tent plan cause we pre-amp that there won't be enough space anyway. this time only one room! ): should have 2 mah.

really don't like mahjong! i really can't play hahaha. once we started playing bridge after chiahau and ranger left really damn funny kept laughing wc really just anyhow play and keith kept being having to be his partner (most unfortunately) and me and jiajun kept winning :D

Singapore Culinary Academy - Sun.rice

had napkim folding first thing when we reached! we learnt how to fold the shirt, and the the tuxedo which looked really really good haha :

& the one that's easiest to make of all: the candle. also learnt kimono and the sydney thingy but didn't get to take pictures haha. we can go and be waitresses already!

this is what happens aft you pull the "flame" of the candle upwards and that's june's smelly hands. she cannt stop eating.

learnt table setting also. position of plates knifes and forks has got to be super super precise.

our ingredients for the mango roll. playing with the paper used to make the roll was really fun haha we were so kan cheong cause the paper kept hardening!

herb chicken that we made for lunch! : D super best thing ever tasted looks and tastes damn good haha i very proudly marinated the chicken & i've god this vid of me & the chef marinating but it's in some weird format.. anyhow marinating the chicken was really fun haha albeit it being a little gross its worth it!

this is.. raisin bread i think. got to bring home some of it gonna bring it to sch on wednesday if i'm not feeling lazy. we really cooked so much and made so much haha.

the french MASTER chef that taught us how to make the raisin bread and apple pie. god he's super he can vut apple into 1mm thin pieces like it was abc. we almost died when we did it ourselves i even cut myself twice.


last part of the day was creative creative haha we had to use these spices and come up with an art piece in 20 minutes so we did Mr Spice haha. i said during the presentation that although he was very old he's still "young at heart" haha whatever.


our chefs packing home our apple pies and raisin breads for us! the chef in the centre's name is McDonald Eng can you believe it haha.

suddenly came to me that this was my 709th post.. that's almost two whole solid years of blogging everyday non-stop. perhaps coming online and writing has become more of like a practice than anything else, & i don't know how i manage to keep writing for so long.

now blogging has changed, it's not like when i just started my blog and wanted heaps and heaps of people to come see my blog, tag, give me hugs, add to my visitor stats and etc. used to more of a commercial diary, but now i don't even care if nobody visits my blog so i've done away with tagboards. (this is just a convenient excuse..)

& a few days before our results come back, and before i'm going to be banished to the deepest, deepest level of hell thankyouverymuchbutidontthinkiwillenjoyit.


finally finished my 5 day fibre to wardrobe workshop/course & have the patience to sit down & blog.

haha we really learnt from scratch - from fibre, to fabric to clothes and colour palette and lines/silhouettes and what sleeves necklines sleeves suit what kind of people. a lot of information, a lot of things to absorb but it was really quite informative.

the last minute change in project was really quite a disappointment but it was still good. shopping at vivo was really a super big pain! but was quite happy w our final product in the end, thanks to chinyi's super good drawing skills haha. good to have someone from art club in our team.

maybe i's consider going into the fashion industry when i'm older. used to think it was all glam with modelling and designing but nah it goes beyond all that. being a fashion buyer wld be cool haha i'd get to go paris newyork london etc! : D

singing k for 3 hours continuously really killed my voice & throat.

might be closing down here or privating it - whatever. still beats going through this now.
how silly can people get?
