Tomorrow is a huge day for me, my first time co-leading a tour! Very nervous and excited, all at the same time. I really hope I remember all the statistics, bloody challenging. Anyway we will be have lunch with the media at rise, yay! That day we went to sky on 57 and the manager treated us to foie gras xiao long bao and the nicest laksa in the world. I've never been a laksa fan but omg theirs is so awesome its impossible not to love. Even their taupok has perfect springyness and prawns are all nicely shelled (they are also damn fat and juicy). We were very very lucky to have been so nicely treated! :D 

Anyway today/night was really fab as well, had squad outing. I miss them so much! Pictures soon alright hee. 
The past week has been a little crazy. I've gone property touring so much now I'm getting tired of the skypark and $16000 suites HAHA. My new heels are so worn out it looks like I've worn them for months. Still, the property is so ridiculously big I hope I won't get lost when I start leading tours. Anyhow, if I was hoping to be slacking on this internship I'm very wrong. Guess I was a little silly to assume all I'd be doing is photocopying and binding?? Next monday Erica and I will be hosting the crew from one of their tv channels for a shoot first thing in the morning! So. Bloody. Exciting. And surprisingly most of the other team members (their term for staff), even those we don't know, are so friendly. Guess its what happens when you go into hospitality! When joseph told me he got to eat at guy savoy with the media people on one of the tours, I think that was my happiest moment. Guy savoy!!! BEST PERK.

Sides, I'm quite ashamed of myself. Went to get buttered last night and while I arrived to work on time, the remnant alcohol in my body was throwing a bad hissy fit. I kept wanting to throw up! I think since JB my body has learnt that when it gets alcohol in its system, there's only one thing to do: purge. Very disgusting, so I won't be drinking anytime soon anymore. Sides, the linen room beside my whole dept has this very clinical smell that only makes me want to throw up more. So I have to hold my breath while walking past. I only felt better after lunch, by which I do have to mention - the dining room is awesome!! I thought it would be some dingy sad little place, but piang its like carpeted floor, well cushion chairs, tv all over - just very very good. The food also!! Totally spoils you for choice. I took two soups cause I couldn't decide between the two - and besides its all free so why not hahaha. The cream of mushroom was not so good but the bak kut teh soup was heavenlyyyy and there were around 7 different types of salads to choose from? And that's just salads. You get the idea.

Okay its 12 and I've got a strict self imposed sleep curfew now so toodles!
My friend who was stalk-googling obsessively this morning delivered news that my blog was found on google. Oei, not cool la blogspot people. Did I not say to kept my awfullynamed-url off google search results?! I'm gonna dock your pay. Now now, in no way am I annoyed because I am trying to be all elusive but honestly, my url has been irking me for AGES but I have never been motivated enough to plonk my lazy arse in front of the laptop to change it. Seriously, myname.blogspot.com? Screams I don't know no shit vocab. And I MUST do my Best in English award in p6 some justice, okay. I received some dinosaur pop up book as a prize. Mental note: I will do it. Soon.

We literally laughed stomachaches. Please laugh. I would be extremely offended if you didn't. We photoboothed almost 100 photos at 3am in the morning wonky and a little sleepy. I like this. No strings attached, no unspoken rule, no anonymous pressure. The consensus is practiced without trial, and the best I can put it? "As long as we're comfortable." This is freedom from the shackles that once dragged us down, democracy at its best. Enjoyed immensely. Changed my blogskin again because.. I find those colourful fancy skins an extreme eyesore. I can live with it for a few days but after that I'd be itching to change it every single minute haha so I finally found this skin and edited it painstakingly so I'm only left with the bare essentials! I literally went cross eyed editing the template codes. 

Internship @ mbs starting coming monday and I'm quite nervous! Fingers crossed everything goes well and I get an awesome intern partner. And, I might be finishing the red ruby much earlier than expected haha. Looking forward to next week, mighty many things to be excited about!
I'm actually really lazy to resize photos from my bday to put up here! Anyway the night at butter was pretty good, still can't believe kk spent $190 on a bottle unbelievable him. But anyway I think now my vodka tolerance has decreased by half, because I only drank a little and omg that horrible taste in my mouth surfaced again and reminded me of my horrible drunken episode from JB which I'd hate to repeat, so I stopped drinking. (goodjob bq) And actually because I was pretty sober and yet a little high, I made a lot of amusing observations on the dancefloor while shifting around. Like how we were dancing near this group of girls and I think they were pretty annoyed we formed this barrier between them and any guys, so this girl near me just danced and at the same time kept prodding us with her elbow in some shitty attempt to chase us away. Fucking annoying! Got so desperate to dance with guys anot! I just refused to move. In the end they moved HAHA. And then there was this other time I wanted some help from wendy so I looked over and guess wht? She was chatting up some other girl and totally ignored me. PFT. In the end I had to save myself. Okay but she is an awesome wingman. She kept going "ey, there, there got cuter ones. this area all 5/10" which had me in stitches. After the night ended I went to her house to spend the night and had a look into her awesome* room which was my lord, messier than mine (which is difficult). She brought back a whole wardrobe worth of clothes! I was too tired so I slept soon aft and the next day we went downstairs to have some lunch. Her apartment is so good! We walked for like 3 minutes and was immediately in the heart of chinatown. And she's so good to talk to especially about stuff like makeup cause she knows all the products I'm talking about, which is greattttt cause most of my other friends don't. Like when I start rambling about laura mercier, she knws i'm talking about their tinted moisturizer. Their normal and oil-free one. AND she even told me I'm probably a sand beige hahaha. And when she asked me what foundation I'm using I said "lancome's..." she just continued "teint miracle?" SEE, awesome not. She also gave me a red ruby which I'm quite sure I won't be touching anytime soon. But thank you, xx!
