A crazy week in school is finally over, and we did pretty well for the mkting presentation imo (and the prof's!) so YAY

Friday @ marina bay sands! The room was MUCH smaller than last time, huge difference in the view but I guess compared to downtown east there's nothing to complain about hahaha.

At night we went into Kudeta and I was wondering why the hell is the crowd there so old?! Then jerome told me the age restriction was 23. HAHAHA after drinking my world went fuzzy wuzzy so I kinda forgot most of the night.. I think I broke the red wine glass or smth? Oops but we were SO bloody silly not to bring cameras in cause the night view from the skypark was awesome! I took whatever I could w my iphone but it really didn't do any justice :( SUPER REGRET!

I do realize how incredibly late I am to catch up on this..

BUT GOOGLEDOCS ROCK!

HAHAHA my ob group is super lag. We were sitting in one of the tutorial rooms for our project and then we thought ok we should upload it to googledocs for sharing.. Then we got super excited and kept fiddling with it cause you can actually see people (exactly who) editing it at the same time! Its like a ghost typing on yr laptop haha. Super amazing. I never got to fully utlize googledocs cause I only remember signing up for econs consultation slots with Mr Koh using the excel spreadsheet and that was it. If only I had discovered the goodness of this earlier! Sld have totally used it for our stats project so I won't end up having 14 copies of the word document (cause we sent it back and forth for editing). Google <3!

I'm q proud of my OB group cause we're actually almost finishing a project due november! I'm appointed the "proofread person" cause they say I'm a grammar nazi -.- (eh how not to find "$50 dollar" an eyesore right hahaha) We are super productive and it reminds me of my pw group in dunman!

OB Seminar! I started doodling on our flipchart nearing the end of class and xm added in a drawing of pinnochio!

Our Pinocchio has red suspenders and yellow and purple polka dot underwear!


Kenneth then suggested writing our slogan (omg so lame hahaha) on top of the drawing ("A boy who isn't good might as well be made of wood" from the blue fairy in pinocchio or smth, trust him to have researched that!) So we added that in and even wanted to staple the drawing to our team contract but then kenneth had this genius idea of putting it in our group name holder. So...


*tear* *fold* *fold*...


TA-DA! We sneakily stuffed in into the back of our name holder because we think other groups from other seminars are using the holders too. Hope they don't get removed till our next seminar! Its so much better than our old one:

I know, right. Boringg. Anyways you can see a lot of food on the table because seminars are bloody long (4hrs) and we always have chocs on the table to keep us happy and awake. Stimulates thinking and makes us productive ok! I always bring my van houten assortment and kenneth always bring his dars. Ytd I brought gummy bears too. I think the other members need to start bringing food also cause we finish it pretty quick.. haha.

AND ITS STILL NOT DONE. WAITING FOR PPL TO SEND ME FILES. I HAVE TO COMPILE + DO FINAL CHECK + PROOFREAD + NUMBER PAGE + MAKE SURE ALL TABLES/GRAPHS ARE INTACT + CHECK LABELLING + THEN FUCKING PRINT. I THINK I WILL SLEEP AT 4+.
Have to wake up at 7.45am.

Alright so chinyi and I were trying out the wrist drawing based on the photo in my previous post. I failed :( the bird didn't look like one! In the end I wrote some french so I didn't have to do the other wrist! Chinyi I wanna see yrs!

I am so grumpy because there's so much work to do! I NEED RECESS WEEK TO COME SOONER. (even so, I have so much stuff on after recess week I doubt it makes a difference)

Anyways, I downloaded and watched The Joneses cause our marketing prof showed us the trailer during lecture and it seemed good. Kind of disappointing, but very relevant to marketing. Why can't we do those for our projects instead? SO much more refreshing and exciting.

I shall finish up my ethical case analysis and then reward myself with Nick & Norah's Inifinite Playlist :D
