Aw, woke up to another good bbm. If mornings could all be like this I would never have a sucky blue morning ever.







Last sunday when we went back to HQ to watch nationals! Plenty of dejavu moments especially when I saw the first aid case.. And now even one of my snco mates tiffany ng is some bigshot mdm replying to "good morning mdm"s in the corridor with an annoying high pitched voice. Didn't manage to stay long enough for the results but we got texted anyway : 2nd for AC and 3rd for NA! Pretty good for nationals. ZONE 8!!!



She's the old me in my glory days HAHAHA. Best CPR ok no kidding. Only I think I forgot everything now.. Makes me wanna run down to dunman, grab a dummy with the indicator lights and try everything again.












Lunch at awesome Nantsuttei @ Millenia Walk as per shunjie's request. They have the best ramen! The soup is YUMMSSSSS <3



And fondue after. Super sinful.

I think I survived what I felt was the toughest week of the semester so far. Seriously, no time to sleep! Biz Law left me braindead but still had to pull myself together for FM quiz. And I had planned not to sleep to study whatever I could, but I finally succumbed and slept from 6-10am. My point is, I woke up to the best text message in my life. HAHAHA. I can't say what it is, but really best text ever. It made my rest of the day. Saved a lot of lives, I suspect. Awesome ttm.

Really look forward to post finals! : > can't wait!

P.S. I miss my long hair. Sobs.

Ok this part in the Holcim v Precise case made me crack up. The "unfortunately" part! Its actually not very funny bt after reading 30+ incredibly mundane pages of the case this paragraph seems so funny.

98 The averments made in the statement of claim (set out in the preceding paragraph) are obviously very different from the actual proposal (as is the Respondent’s present argument) to supply only manufactured sand. Indeed, we surmise that the Judge was (unfortunately) under the (erroneous) impression that the Respondent was making an argument based on the former (as opposed to the latter), as it was stated in the Judgment that the Respondent had offered to supply sand to the Appellant (see [17] and [53] of the Judgment), in which no mention was made of manufactured sand. We add here, parenthically, that the Respondent had not pleaded that an offer of manufactured sand constituted a fair and reasonable offer.
